We maintain full transparency, and no hidden charges are added without prior discussion.

5. Payments

Payment terms are always shared clearly in the proposal.

• Payments must be made as per stage-wise milestones.
• Work will proceed only after receiving the required installment.
• Delayed payments may affect agreed timelines.

Artavia reserves the right to pause work if payments are overdue.

6. Designs, Drawings & Intellectual Property

All:

• 2D drawings
• 3D renders
• Layouts
• Design concepts
• Site plans

…created by Artavia remain the intellectual property of Artavia unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not share, sell, or reuse our designs with other vendors without permission.

7. Project Timelines

We always aim for timely delivery. However, timelines may change due to:

• Material availability
• Weather conditions
• Site constraints
• Client-requested changes
• Delays in approvals or payments
• Vendor/manpower variations

Any such changes will be communicated in advance.

8. Responsibilities of the Client

Clients must ensure:

• Accurate information is provided during the consultation.
• Site access is available for measurements, inspections, and installation.
• Timely approvals for design, materials, and changes.
• Payments are made as per schedule.

Delays due to client-side issues may extend the project timeline.

9. Warranty & Quality Assurance

Artavia provides warranties only on materials and services specified in the final agreement.
Warranty coverage varies depending on:

• Product brand
• Type of work
• Vendor/manufacturer policies

Any damage caused by misuse, water leakage, electrical faults, or third-party work is not covered.

10. Third-Party Vendors

Some services (hardware, modular furniture, appliances, etc.) may involve third-party brands.
Their individual warranty/quality terms apply.
Artavia is not responsible for delays caused by external suppliers.

11. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a project before production or procurement begins.

If materials or work have already been initiated:

• The client must pay for completed work
• Payment for purchased materials is non-refundable
• Design and consultation fees already paid are non-refundable

A detailed cancellation policy will be included in the project proposal.

12. Limitation of Liability

Artavia is not liable for:

• Losses due to structural issues not disclosed earlier
• Damages caused by third-party contractors hired directly by the client
• Government approvals, licensing, or permissions (unless included in scope)
• External delays beyond our control

Our responsibility is strictly limited to the scope mentioned in the signed agreement.
